Rajan Pudausini is a dedicated and hardworking individual, consistently passionate about his project work, always thinking critically, and generating innovative ideas to ensure project success. Since August 2023, He has been serving as our program manager, overseeing our projects and performing as the focal contact person for the local community.
He has over 15 years of work experience, particularly in development and humanitarian agencies, focusing on program management. His core competencies include project management, partner management, monitoring and evaluation, coordination and networking with local government agencies, community and social mobilization, capacity building, and the development of Social and Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC) materials across multiple sectors, including Sexual and Reproductive Health. He holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Humanities with a specialization in Sociology from Patan Multiple Campus, Tribhuvan University, Lalitpur, Nepal.
Throughout his career, He has received several appreciation for his contributions. He was awarded the Best Youth Volunteer of the Year in 2006 by the Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN) Valley Branch, Kathmandu, recognized as the Best Behavior change Communicator of the Year in 2005 and received Best Performance Award in the BCC team from by Population Services International (PSI Nepal), These achievements highlight his commitment and excellence in his field.
