Selected households receive goats and chickens
The aim of the projects is to promote livestock farming with goats and chickens. Support is provided for the construction of stables for the animals and the training of community members in appropriate animal husbandry is improved. Good networking and dialogue with the local authorities is essential. The project was therefore presented to various representatives of the authorities. We can count on the support of all local authorities.

We are very grateful for the support from Tara Namaste. Our goat pens were not good and we had no desire to improve anything. Tara Namaste has now provided us with the material to enlarge and improve them, which has motivated us a lot. |

I didn’t have any goats yet. Now I’ve received one from Tara Namaste and I’m so happy that I’ve bought a second goat from my savings. I dream of having 20 goats in a few years’ time. |

The Tara Namaste project has also helped us to come together as a community. We talk to each other a lot more and exchange ideas. Before, we hardly spoke to each other. |

At the moment there is barely enough food for the goats. We are glad that grass is now being sown and trees are being grown. |
